Job Description:
Multi-skilled at General Plant Maintenance, multipurpose job scopes, and Certified Rigger.
Key Responsibilities
Safety
- Work and engaged in all safe work practices involved in General Plant Maintenance activities
- Participate in Company’s training programs to achieve an accident-free workplace (EPTWS, JSA, LMRA, O&I, Procedures and Processes)
- Participate in proper stewardship of General Plant Maintenance activities, in accordance with SWP, Rigging requirements, and applicable regulations
Facility Management
- Participates in the PSMS (Personal Safety Management System) and ensures compliance with Work Management processes
- Recommends plant site work execution preparation steps to ensure flawless operation of general maintenance activities, rigging operations
- Aid in monitoring maintenance activities to ensure the security and safety of all worksite personnel, by ensuring safe and reliable rigging activities.
- Local housekeeping, waste management and record keeping
CAS
- Ensuring knowledge of Rigging Operations is in accordance with AS-NZS & PNG
Regulations, and manufacturer’s recommendations
- Competency of Rigging Operations and general maintenance activities
- Ensuring Competency in alignment with Operations Integrity Management System 5-1, 5-2 and 6-1 guidelines
- Participate in Training Dept requirements to ensure compliance with non-MRC requirements
- Ensure GMC Training roadmap requirements are maintained
- Ensure the safety culture and behaviors are consistent with Company’s expectations
Education and Work Qualifications
- Certified & Current High Risk License – Rigging – RB / RI
- Certified & Current High Risk License – Dogging - DG
- Certified & Current High-Risk License – Working at Heights
- Certified & Current High Risk License – Confined Space Entry
- Equipment Inspections & Maintenance
Technical Skills
- Test operational capabilities of rigging equipment
- Preparation of site and loads for rigging operations
- Maintain rigging equipment
- Inventory control knowledge
- Asset control process knowledge
- Housekeeping

Work Experience
- Level 2 – 1 to 5 years
- Level 3 – a minimum of 5 years
